ABOUT US

Hull Ornithology Research Cluster formed in 2019 to recognise the cluster or ornithologists and avian ecologists in the Department of Biological Sciences.

We are ideally placed, on the Humber estuary in East Yorkshire, to study a variety of ornithological topics and we work closely with regional agencies including the magical Spurn point Bird Observatory.

Currently we work on everything from wader feeding ecology to avian flu, and we also coordinate the UK Motus telemetry network.
